I knew getting not enough sleep was bad, but getting an hour too much is bad also.
Maybe it has to do with people who are lazy, I wonder if runners and joggers or bodybuilders who sometimes sleep 10 hours a night are effected, most likely not.
But it would be interesting to find out.
I know I may stay up late at night sometimes writing or recording music in the studio, and I know I get very tired at times, so I hope the stress doesn't get to me too much.
So...keep up the good work here.
              Thanks Jordan Rivers

So, is this a real blog with someone behind it? I ask because the posts seem to have stopped. Too bad. If there is someone here I love the name; one of the 10 best Dead songs ever.

I'll be back if there is a blogger here :)
